ÉTS Rep Visits WVU


On May, 14, Marjolaine Adam, from École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS), in Montreal, Canada visited WVU’s campus to discuss a new Summer program on innovation, hosted at ÉTS.

While on campus, she met with officials from the Statler College of Engineering and Mineral Resources and the Office of International Programs to discuss future involvement in the Summer Innovation Program.

The program, taking place for four weeks at the beginning of Summer will start with students participating in a worldwide contest, 24 Hours of Innovation, which provides students with a designated challenging , tasking them to find a viable solution within 24 hours. Afterwards, students build upon their solution with engineering faculty from ÉTS.

WVU has been partnered with ÈTS since 2008, working mainly with engineering students, and on grant collaboration.
